Some web browsers prevent the launch of a new browser tab. If you click Join the Webinar and nothing happens, it’s likely that you are being blocked by your browser.
Unlike other browsers, an Apple iPad or MacBooks will block pop-ups by default. That means that you will likely need to adjust app settings to allow webinars to launch.
Allowing pop-up for only CDA’s learning platform will be sufficient to launch the webinar. For control over pop ups, choose the prompt option. It will then ask you before loading the webinar in a separate window or tab.
