	December 1998 - 21st Century Dentistry includes articles on Microscope-Assisted Precision (MAP) Dentistry, the latest advances in digital radiology technology, digital tools for clinical dentistry, and more.
	November 1998 - The November issue of the CDA Journal features a historical perspective of quackery in dentistry with an array of "toothache cures" and intriguing illustrations from another era.
	October 1998 - The October issue of the Journal of the California Dental Association includes an exploration of the difficult topic of child abuse, with the intent to show every dental professional that something can be done to stop this awful epidemic.
	September 1998 - The September issue of the Journal of the California Dental Association explores varied aspects of local anesthesia.
	August 1998 - The August issue of the Journal of the California Dental Association explores the issue of sleep apnea.
	July 1998 - The July issue of the Journal of the California Dental Association explores the issue of marketing dentistry and dental practices.
