Login Help and Password Reminders!
If you are experiencing difficulties logging in, check to make sure that you are accepting cookies. Your browser must be accepting cookies to successfully login to cda.org.
CDA Members, California Dental Students
Login using the following:
Username: Your Last Name
Initial Password: Your 9 digit ADA Membership Number
Once you have logged in for the first time, you will be prompted to change
your password. If your password does not work as expected, you may
change your password online. If you have difficulties with the automated
system, please send an e-mail to gatekeeper@cda.org and include the following:
- Full Name
- ADA Number
CDA Auxiliary
Login using the following:
Username: Your Last Name
Initial Password: Your 8 digit Customer Number (including leading zeros, if applicable)
Once you have logged in for the first time, you will be prompted to change
your password. If your password does not work as expected, you may
change your password online. If you have difficulties with the automated
system, please send an e-mail to gatekeeper@cda.org and include the following:
- Full Name
- Complete Address
- License Number
- License Type
CDA Affiliate Members (Living and Practicing Outside of California)
If you are an active affiliate member of CDA, send an e-mail to
gatekeeper@cda.org and identify yourself as an out-of-state affiliate dentist.
Please include the following:
- Full Name
- Complete Address
- ADA Number
NOTE: Out-of-state ADA members who are NOT affiliate CDA members are not eligible for
access to CDA Online.
New Members/Expired Memberships
For information regarding new membership or renewing expired membership in CDA,
please send an email with your contact information to contactcda@cda.org.
