If your booth cannot be set up by one person in one-half hour without the use of tools, you must use local union labor. Companies who wish to obtain labor through an independent contractor must return this form to the CDA office no later than July 16, 2008. No Exceptions. Companies that do not submit their requests by that date must use show management labor.
