(SB 438) Oral and Maxillofacial Elective Cosmetic Surgery permit application
Only Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons with a cosmetic surgery permit may provide treatments to the extra oral tissues of the head and neck for cosmetic purposes. This includes injections of BOTOX®, Restylane® or other cosmetic enhancements.
(SB 683) Licensure through completion of a qualified residency has been approved. The permit application will be posted on the Dental Board web site shortly.
